Why I Do What I Do...

“You’re making me excited about teaching again!” Teacher, Mid-pandemic

As a student, I loved school. However, I realized not everyone did. When I became a Spanish and Technology teacher, I sought to create learning experiences that all would enjoy and where everyone felt connected and seen.

After 15 years loving my work with students and staff in my districts, I felt called to support more people as they learned. I decided to further apply my experience and MA in Educational Technology to collaborate and create increasingly effective, equitable, and accessible learner-driven experiences. These experiences are for adult professionals, organizations, and the people they serve.

I now serve professional learners globally. I enhance engagement for all through coaching, digitally-enhanced learning, and carefully designing resources that promote inquiry and growth. With a focus on people, context, and goals, I impact individuals, staff teams, and learning processes for the better and save folks time and energy by creating learning tailored to their needs and goals.

I believe learners deserve the best support and resources possible. I always aim to deliver my best.
